mammootty got doctrate

Mega Star Mammootty was conferred honorary doctorate today by
University of Kerala. In a proud function at the University Senate
hall, Thiruvananthapuram, Governor of Kerala, R.S Gavai awarded the
D.Litt to Mammootty, Adoor Gopalakrishnan and Umayalpuram
Sivaraman.Mammootty said he was very happy to receive honorary
doctorate from the University in which he has studied for graduation
and post graduation. After receiving the doctorate Mammootty said he
is dedicating this degree to his father, whose ambition was to make
Mammootty a doctor. Along with Mammootty, famous Malayalam movie
director Adoor Gopalakrishnan and Mridangam Maestro Umayalpuram
Sivaraman were also honoured by the University of Kerala.
