Mammootty teams up with Ranjith for 'German Returns'. It is reported that their announced movie 'Leela' will go on floors only after 'German Returns'.
'German Returns' will be shot mainly in Germany. The movie is expected to start rolling soon. The other cast and crew are not yet finalized.
'Leela' is based on R Unni's novel Leela which will have Mammoottyy playing the lead role of Kuttiyappan. The heroine is not yet decided. The shooting of 'Leela' is postponed due to some undisclosed reasons.
Mammootty-Ranjith teams' earlier movies 'Palerimanickyam', 'Pranchiyettan and the Saint', 'Bavuttiyude Namathil' etc were all hits.
