Offers come thick and fast for Mammootty. The actor who has been rendering with blockbsuters one after another in the last two years has been on a signing spree.The veteran actor is currently playing the lead role in over six films, which would commence one after another.
He have five films released for the next five months. The immediate release will be Pranchiyeten and the saint which is planned as a Ramzan release . It is a wholesome entertainer with Priyamani playing the heroine. Capitol Theatres produces the film with music by Ouseppachan.
The next to follow will be Vandematharam which is charted as a September 18th release ,seven days after the release of Pranchiyetten and the saint .This film produced by Henry is said to have shaped up well and make its screen presence from September 17th.
Mammootty is presently in the sets of Best Actor directed by debutant Martin Prakkatu, planned for November release.He has already completed another film Best Of Luck by M Nishad. This film may hit the screen on mid of October.
Meanwhile next month Mamootty's film titled August 15 with Shaji kilas will begin on sept 17 at capital city. This film produced by Aroma Mani and distributed by Aroma Films will be a suspense thriller. it will be X mas offering of the team.
Latest buzz is that he will play the main role in debutant Balakumaran's Bilungal film . Balakumaran was assistant director of plenty superhits in Tamil.The shooting of the film will begin in December.
